"Nottingham Forest Demands Release of Match Audio Following Everton Defeat"

Nottingham Forest has formally requested the public release of audio recordings capturing officials' conversations during their recent match against Everton at Goodison Park.

The club voiced frustration over three denied penalty claims in their 2-0 loss, leaving them perilously close to the Premier League relegation zone.

In response, the Football Association has sought observations from Forest, manager Nuno Espirito Santo, defender Neco Williams, and analyst Mark Clattenburg regarding their post-match remarks.

Despite previously expressing concerns to the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL), Forest did not request the removal of Stuart Attwell as the video assistant referee for their match.

The club also alleged warning the PGMOL about a perceived bias from a VAR official towards Luton, but no action was taken.

Nottingham Forest's statement, issued on Monday, reiterated their formal request for the public release of audio recordings.

The team highlighted three penalty appeals involving Everton defender Ashley Young, including instances where they believed he fouled Gio Reyna and handled a cross from Callum Hudson-Odoi.
